What is #Edchat? #Edchat is the weekly Bammy Award-winning Twitter discussion that any educator can discuss and learn about current teaching trends, to integrate technology, to transform their education, and to connect with inspiring instructors around the world. We also discuss education policy, education reform, and often allow world-class leaders to take part in our talks, such as Alfie Kohn, Diane Ravitch, and Finnish Education Leaders.
Edchat was founded on July 30, 2009 by Shelly Sanchez Terrell (@ShellTerrell), Tom Whitby (@TomWhitby) and Steven Anderson (@Web20classroom).
#Edchat would not be possible without the help of our volunteers and moderators. @BlairTeach, @Shiftparadigm, @WMChamberlain ,, and @ sgthomas1973. Weekly archives are prepared and done by @jswiatek. Thanks to @edtechsteve for creating this wiki. Useful links: Jerry Cybraryman's #Edchat page, #Edchat is what, #Edchat: Participate in the discussions,
